As the Welfare Director, I lead with care and support for the people of this community. I act as a bridge ensuring the activities and programs are meeting the needs of the members. I also look after the physical and emotional wellbeing of members, safeguarding, organizing support during personal milestones or crises, and promoting a friendly, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone in the group.
